Hello All,

               Not used to tooting my own horn but !!!  I cannot believe its been 18 months. SWEET FREEDOM!!!! I cannot express to the new quitters here how sweet this freedom is. Rarely think about smoking anymore. Could not have done it without you awesome people on this site. I see Jillar still takes care of everyone here. What an awesome Lady. Anyway-Stay Quit-Say Nope everyday-KTQ-

To all you newbies-It CAN be done.  THANKS QSMB!!!!! P.S. my son is still quit also. 1 week behind me.

It is truly wonderful to book a vacation without struggling to find lodging where smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. Now the criteria can be location, price, amenities & not have to worry over, “Where can I smoke”. The freedom is truly amazing & I too am grateful to this board which made it possible for me to stay motivated to “keep my quit”. Newbies - do whatever it takes to keep your quit.
