It's never too early Jane, especially with your list of things you want to accomplish :)

Only too early as it was 8:00am! Need more coffee for that! :)

The only way to quit smoking is to stop putting cigarettes in your mouth.

My daughter was a very nice, polite considerate girl until about 2 months ago.... and now she is possessed be a demon from the deepest, darkest depths of hell. :(   (She made me cry this morning, although she didn't see it)

Totally agree!
Teenage girls - my godfather!
Have my oldest one starting to return back to earth, but the youngest has just become the latest astronaut when once an angel. I should have run away the first time.

My best friend has 13yr old twin girls so I believe it because I've seen it!!
My girl is only 3 but I can see that day coming! I remember being a demon spawn to my mom too; now we're basically best friends (sadly now that I've quit I don't spend as much time there because of the smoking).
-raise non-smoking kids (or kids that are educated on addiction)
Gonna add that to my list.
My dad bought me a pack when I was 15 so I didn't stand a chance, I want my kids to know better!!

Your lists are very achievable... Most of my bucket list items have been done already, right now the very few new are extreme physical challenges I must accomplish.

Nov 6, 2011 I decided " I had enough with this sh*t "

I quit because I just got tired of the life under a rock, dark and with not enough air to breathe waiting for the day to get crushed!

Alcohol to a quit is like Kryptonite to Superman

Stop, Think and then React. Not React,Stop and then Think

Practice does not make it perfect, makes it permanent. Practice the right things!

Quitting is by far the best decision for the rest of your life.

If a Doctor gives you 6 months to live, would you start living after the first three? Quit now!

" I am a puff away form a pack a day"

Once you stop puffing or having Nicotine in any form, then and only then your symptoms will stop.

I quit with a frozen turkey. Once I felt comfortable with my quit,  I ate it.

Life is such a good teacher, that if you don't learn the lesson it will repeat it to you.
