This is the best I've ever felt after quitting. No real cravings at all. I'm over the irritability and desire to sleep my life away!

Started getting more serious about fitness. I gained a few pounds since I quit (less than 10 pounds), and diligently working to reverse that trend.

Thanks to all here that supported me through the tough spots! I was a hard-core smoker for most of 40 years. I mean...REAL hard-core. I was that guy that thought the non-smokers should stop their whining and stay home if they didn't want to be exposed to smoke. I was outside chain-smoking cigarettes in all kinds of weather (when sane people stayed indoors), I RAN off of airplanes to the nearest exit. I never bothered looking for Smoking Areas..the world was my smoking area! Such an ass. I'm sorry if you were ever exposed to me before.

Thanks again for your support! I'm not sure where I would be right now without it!

I have saved enough money between not buying cigarettes and not paying a surcharge on my health insurance, that I was able to replace my laptop when it died with a new iPad Pro!

Things began to get better when I realized I would remain quit even if things never got any better.

Being successful doesn't mean that you'll never GET to smoke again. It means that you'll never HAVE to smoke again.

Always remember: you are not going
through this because you quit. You are going through this because you smoked...

The process of quitting smoking doesn’t end with the last cigarette. It’s not quitting itself, the real key is staying quit!
