Congratulations on getting that 1st month behind you Hangingonbyanope! That one month milestone is huge in my opinion. You really have to work hard to get there. Be sure to celebrate this achievement and keep moving forward. Things will only get better for you from here on.
The process of quitting smoking doesn’t end with the last cigarette. It’s not quitting itself, the real key is staying quit!

Congrats, HOBAN! That's similar to how many of us get through that 1st month...hanging on by rope! Repeat after me: ONE DAY AT A TIME!
