Aw thanks all. 5 months is the longest quit I've ever managed apart from once when I was pregnant. I'm not out of the woods yet and still deal with urges but they're getting easier to bat away and less frequent!

Making this my sticky quit since 11.48am gmt Friday 11th August 2017!!! Patches, lozenges, red wine and chocolate are my weapons of choice!
