Thank you for your kind words - its only been 1 week since I had my last cigarette and this is the 1st time I've ever used a forum to help me with the battle. Hopefully it can help me and I can help others along the same journey πŸ‘

Hi Milo, congrats on one week quit! That's great :) This forum has helped me BIG TIME, and hopefully the same will be true for you :)

Things began to get better when I realized I would remain quit even if things never got any better.

We say here that it is better to be a nonsmoker with the occasional desire to smoke than a smoker with the constant desire to quit. Marciem
Being successful doesn't mean that you'll never GET to smoke again. It means that you'll never HAVE to smoke again.

Welcome Millo. QSMB was my first ever forum for anything. It is a great place with a ton of support. You've got several folks here with your similar quit time. The key is to get support and give support. Congratulations on making the decision to quit & post here!
