Making this my sticky quit since 11.48am gmt Friday 11th August 2017!!! Patches, lozenges, red wine and chocolate are my weapons of choice!

11 months smoke free is something to be proud of. A month away from the Lido Deck :)


The process of quitting smoking doesn’t end with the last cigarette. It’s not quitting itself, the real key is staying quit!
