Appreciate it. Wow I had forgot today is three months.

 

Some days it is not so easy.

 

Whilke some have already failed their 2018 resolution to quit smoking, many of us in groups like this are losing track of how long since we last smoked.

3 months already... Wow Congrats that's brilliant news, keep pushing onwards and upwards :D
I gave up on 1st August 2017 after 32 years.
I can hear it trying to sweet talk me, trying ever trick in the book and then some
but not this time.
I control my nic demon it doesn't control me :) :D :)
