Oh my 5 months already and I made it out the other side of Christmas (some real nasty craves there) yay go me, I feel like I can tackle anything now!!

I have hardly been on here and have so much to catch up on as I broke yet another phone so am using an old banger now and hardly get online !!

Thank you lovely peeps, I can't believe I've made it this far as that felt forever away when I was at the start of this quit :D and I remember thinking I daren't even dream of making it to 1 whole year as this is so damn hard but now I know I can make it there, no problem. :D

So any newbies reading this, in the beginning it may seem like a constant battle that will never end, it was for me, I was on the world's worst rollercoaster/crazy train and thought it would never end.. !! I would like to say It am now off it and only step on the kids version now and again and believe me the kids version is Sssssooooooo doable.

So hang in there because if I can do it then you sure as hell can :D
