Things began to get better when I realized I would remain quit even if things never got any better.

Being successful doesn't mean that you'll never GET to smoke again. It means that you'll never HAVE to smoke again.

The process of quitting smoking doesn’t end with the last cigarette. It’s not quitting itself, the real key is staying quit!

It takes faith, determination, and new outlook to make it this far.

I just gave up smoking 3 days ago, so I'm in the heart of detox and withdrawal.
Going out to say goodbye to a new friend, can you believe it?
I'm hiding out in Danang, Vietnam, as I am losing my 4 kids, my wife, my life, my reputation, but at least I could stop smoking and believe for better.

Sorry to hear you are going through such a difficult time but be proud of your achievement.
