I gave up on 1st August 2017 after 32 years.
I can hear it trying to sweet talk me, trying ever trick in the book and then some
but not this time.
I control my nic demon it doesn't control me :) :D :)

Thanks for the good wishes! It is sometimes hard to believe I have made it to this point but as I have said before, there was no other option in my case! I continue moving forward one day at a time and as i get closer to that one year milestone of freedom....I feel very powerful and so much stronger!
