Making this my sticky quit since 11.48am gmt Friday 11th August 2017!!! Patches, lozenges, red wine and chocolate are my weapons of choice!

I gave up on 1st August 2017 after 32 years.
I can hear it trying to sweet talk me, trying ever trick in the book and then some
but not this time.
I control my nic demon it doesn't control me :) :D :)

Congratulations on being smoke free for 7 months! Keep on going :)


The process of quitting smoking doesn’t end with the last cigarette. It’s not quitting itself, the real key is staying quit!
