It is normal to come across this from time to time, there is nothing wrong with you.


Compare the period in which you were a smoker, with the period you have been an ex-smoker, and you will understand why the process is lengthier than you would like. Nevertheless, if you compare how you are feeling right now with how you were feeling in the first days of your quit, you will see that there is a huge improvement.


You will keep encountering such triggers, the more you deal with a certain situation, the faster you will elliminate it as a trigger.

Hi Kazza,


Can relate to the warm weather craving - I'm in Sydney and timed my quit for the end of the Aussie summer for that reason. I hope you stay strong enough to ignore that particular trigger given that you've already done the hard yards at 5 months +
