How did your pork loin turn out, Frank?
Like a Million bucks I ended up cutting the loin open, stuffing it with fresh crunchy bacon, portobella mushrooms, three kinds of peppers, and sliced garlic, all of them roasted and seasoned with salt and pepper and lemon pepper. Then rolled back in to a round shape and tied with string. Fascinating how the design ends up after it is sliced. I made too much stuffing , so I sauté it and pan flamed with brandy, and topped with fresh chopped cilantro... Humm humm humm!!
