Made it. I have wanted to smoke a bit but I did not.

I am so thankful to be smoke free!!I'm believing a few more months, I won't have so many thoughts of smoking.

Smoking occupied my mind for 50 years..so, oh well..

Thank you all who keep encouraging others..you encouraged me so much!!

Things began to get better when I realized I would remain quit even if things never got any better.

We say here that it is better to be a nonsmoker with the occasional desire to smoke than a smoker with the constant desire to quit. Marciem
Being successful doesn't mean that you'll never GET to smoke again. It means that you'll never HAVE to smoke again.

Liv- Congrats on 3 Months...This is Awesome. Our past Nicotine history is similar and I used

all forms of Nicotine for 40+ years. I finally see that the Freedom is so much worth the initial

getting over the hump and then talking it a day at a time. No comparison: I've been a Nicotine Addict

and now I'm Free from Nicotine, and the Freedom is better.

Good job on 3 months, Liv.    JD

Nicotine Free since July 21, 2015.
