One of the great regrets of my life is that I smoked. If I could say anything to anybody starting out in life it would be, 'Whatever you do, don't smoke'.
I have had to recover from that and been lucky that I have been able to stop.

People here on QSMB talk about climbing the rope to freedom . Sometimes during your climb, you feel like the rope is unraveling. You're scared of a fall.Dig down deep to find that courage and determination to keep moving up the rope. Look to the Board for support. Just hold on to one of those strings, and keep going up to freedom. You can do this.
