Things began to get better when I realized I would remain quit even if things never got any better.

We say here that it is better to be a nonsmoker with the occasional desire to smoke than a smoker with the constant desire to quit. Marciem
Being successful doesn't mean that you'll never GET to smoke again. It means that you'll never HAVE to smoke again.

Happy anniversary, my beautiful friend! Three years of freedom to our very own Nels! Shall we start by the pool and just see where the day takes us?

WARNING SOPPY MOMENT

owl-chalkboard-thank-you.png

I am really proud to have made 3 years I would never have gambled much money on succeeding. It seems so long ago now and a different world. One thing I am 100% positive about though is that I would never have got as far without QSMB and particularly without the Arms. Such good friends such good humour and  so many animals

Thank you armsters you are all stars

Now whose going to the bar?

Incessant nagging?
Hmmmmmmmmm.

Sorry I was driving all day on your anni. I missed the chance to say how happy I am for
your continued success, and that I love you dearly.......is that nagging?

Hahahaha! Congrats my friend!
<p>event.png

Smoking is no longer an option for me. I no longer smoke. Smoking is just something that I used to do
.

Smoking is not treatment. Smoking is the cause.

The usual outcome is only that, because you let it be. The "quitter's" outcome is because we "make it be".

Beat the urge, and the urge will stop beating you.
