  • Helps Our Economy

The wonderful people who work for the big tobacco companies had no clue in the early 20th century that smoking was bad and killed people.  So let's give them an open-ended pass to continue to murder people while making billions in the process.  And don't forget, smoking also creates more customers for the mortuary industry. (Please ignore the fact that smoking costs the world economy over 1 TRILLION dollars a year according to the World Health Organization and National Cancer Institute).

  • Smoking is Cool

It helps the dorky kids seem trendy and relevant.  If not for smoking, they would have a harder time finding a clique.  They potentially might even have to participate in a physical activity or a scholastic club to occupy the time they would otherwise spend smoking.

  • Smoking Makes Television More Enjoyable

Smoking raises the mortality rate.  The reason this is good is because if people lived longer there would be a lot more Hoveround and Stair-Assist commercials.  Not to mention the "Help, I've fallen and can't get up" ad.

  • Tobacco Plants are Pretty

Okay, okay.  Maybe that doesn't outweigh the fact that 5% of deforestation is attributed to tobacco growth and curing.  But let's not get too fussy.

I GOT THIS

One puff and I'm back where I started. Where I started was desperately wishing to be where I am right now.

1.  If you feel like smoking today, just make it through today and see how you feel tomorrow.

2.  If tomorrow comes and you still feel like smoking, go back to #1.

Just make it through one more day!

Any day you wake up and are alive and kicking is better than the alternative.  Do you want to speed up that process by smoking?  Not me.

Ha Ha..really good.

Quit Smoking and Started Living on : 27th Sept 2016

It's a  choice , earned the hard way; its taken effort , time and lots of support from loved ones and total strangers

The choice not to light the next cigarette up

                      -------or--------

I'd be dumb to light up now

Let's not forget that a lit cigarette dangling from your mouth gives you Clint Eastwood eyes.  <_<

Nov 6, 2011 I decided " I had enough with this sh*t "

I quit because I just got tired of the life under a rock, dark and with not enough air to breathe waiting for the day to get crushed!

Alcohol to a quit is like Kryptonite to Superman

Stop, Think and then React. Not React,Stop and then Think

Practice does not make it perfect, makes it permanent. Practice the right things!

Quitting is by far the best decision for the rest of your life.

If a Doctor gives you 6 months to live, would you start living after the first three? Quit now!

" I am a puff away form a pack a day"

Once you stop puffing or having Nicotine in any form, then and only then your symptoms will stop.

I quit with a frozen turkey. Once I felt comfortable with my quit,  I ate it.

Life is such a good teacher, that if you don't learn the lesson it will repeat it to you.

Smoking makes you smell good - Once you stop smoking you realize the strength of your BO especially after a workout.  As a smoker, you wouldn't work out as hard and in any case wouldn't be able to smell it.

Hahaha, no excess salmon or trout this year. Just moose.

Yep, I go hunt with my hubby when I can. Had to miss last year and year before because of ankle. Can't wait to go ramble in the woods looking for deer, moose, elk. Yummy game food is yummy!
