That's good enough, Rob. We just want to know how you're doing. No one expects you to be the most interesting man in the world. If you check that thread in the Socializing forum, you probably don't want to be him either.

That's awesome, Rob!  Time flies.  Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana.

Know in your heart that you will NOT blow up or explode into tiny pieces if you don't have a cigarette. You might feel like a squirrel in a coffee can trapped in your own skin occasionally, but you won't blow up... and the feeling will go away pretty soon. -marciem

Rob, for whatever reason your daily posts of where you are at are very comforting to me.  They keep me grounded for some reason.  Please do not stop.  I really need them!

Seconded Rob - I don't post much, but I always look out for yours to see how you are getting on. You don't have much to say for a day or two - so what!!! As long as you are keeping the quit and keeping close to the board.

Well done on 22 days - I am so jealous because I fell off the wagon last week at 22 days and am now back to 6 days but no-one to blame but myself!!

Keep posting - even if it's just to say "hi"

You are doing Great Rob!!!  Have a great weekend!!

Please ignore my spelling... I can't type
"I have quit smoking,.. I am never going to smoke again, I am not sure how I know this... I just do.

QUOTING JWG.... " The hardest step to quitting is the first one, the second most difficult is the second. from there each step , each day , gets you further down the path .. mind you , each day dose not get easier untill you allow it to be so" .. and I add... " It is entirely up to you!! "
