Hi all,
21 smoke free days today.
the past week, the 3rd week has been Hell but managed to stay on the path.
i hope things ease up and taking it 1 day at a time, even though i have targetted 2 months smoke free to give myself a good
chance of never touching it again.

may the Force be with us.

cheers from an Overcast Durban

Bernard, congratulations on your quit.

3 weeks is a long time without smoking for a person who used to smoke daily!!..........

Thanks for the wishes and i return them to you................

Stay close and may the Force keep guiding you.

I am a puff away from a pack a day!!

Hi, Bernard. Good to see you here again. Congratulations on 21 days. That's fantastic. It sounds like you're doing well. I'm happy to hear that. Three weeks seems to be a bit of a danger zone. It was for me anyway. I only bring that up because I hope you continue to be vigilant and determined so you can make it through any difficult times still to come.

In the meantime, you're doing GREAT and that's wonderful. Congrats!
